With the war in Ukraine demonstrating the criticality of the space domain, Space Night at the Munich Security Conference generated huge interest. Jeanne moderated an evening of dynamic conversations, including a joint interview with Dr. Josef Aschbacher, Director General of the European Space Agency, and Andrius Kubilius, the new EU Commissioner for Defence and Space. One attendee called it “a real highlight,” writing that “the sensational presenter Jeanne Meserve fortunately did not shy away from critical questions, especially about possible double structures between the EU and ESA.”
