During the Special Competitive Studies Project’s AI + Space Summit Jeanne discussed current threats, technology and strategy in the space domain with the General John “Jay” Raymond, the first Chief of Space Operations for the U.S. Space Force. The Chair of the Israeli Space Agency, Dr. Shimrit Maman, talked with Jeanne about her country’s civilian ambitions in space as well as the need for public-private partnerships and education. Jeanne’s third conversation was with Will Marshall, Co-Founder and CEO of Planet Labs. Planet operates the world’s largest network of observation satellites. Will told the audience about lessons learned in Ukraine and shared his enthusiastic vision of future opportunities in space.
