The wars in Ukraine and Gaza took center stage at the 2023 Halifax International Security Forum. Jeanne moderated a panel on the importance of innovation to the Ukrainian war effort, and another on the allies’ commitment to victory in the Ukranian conflict. Her panelists included the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, the President of Croatia and Estonia’s Minister of Defense.
